Seven days a week, online. We do not keep counter hours because the whole service is remote: whoever is on shift picks up the message, in Florida or in Belo Horizonte.

The two offices are ours. The service is remote and you never have to visit either one: they are here because a company that handles your documents should say where it is.

One thing to know before writing
We are a document service, not an issuing authority. The apostille itself is issued by the Secretary of State of the state that issued your document, or by an authorised registry in Brazil. What we do is know which copy each one accepts, file it and bring it back to you.
